Beaches Turks Caicos Resort Review
Lots of activities for both children and adults at all-inclusive Beaches Turks Caicos
Beaches Turks Caicos resort review written by Travel Writer & Photographer Linda Jackson, Editor of Active Caribbean
Beaches Turks Caicos Resort is a dream of a family Caribbean resort (or, rather, four resorts in one) in the Turks & Caicos islands – it is a luxury Caribbean resort complex really geared up to kids of all ages, from babes-in-arms and toddlers to teens and grown up kids (aka parents), with such a choice of activities you and your kids will love it. This all-inclusive luxury family resort is set in beautiful grounds adjacent to one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.
One of the best family resort accommodation in the Caribbean
Within Beaches Turks Caicos Resort there are four distinct ‘villages’ – Caribbean, French, Italian, and the Key West – set in beautiful lush manicured tropical gardens offering some of the best family accommodation you’ll find in the Caribbean, and just steps from a beautiful soft sand beach and aquamarine Caribbean waters.
Beaches Turks Caicos offers an all-inclusive vacation with lots of activities for children and adults
Believe me – this Beaches Turks Caicos Resort is not all about kids. The clear turquoise waters here help to rank the Turks & Caicos among the world’s top diving destinations. While your kids are looked after or kept occupied all day at Sesame Camp and Kids’ Camp and engrossed with their daily programmes you can also choose to pop into the Spa for a Caribbean-inspired treatment (extra cost for spa treatments), keep calories under control in the Fitness Centre, play tennis, go scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, or just chill out in one of the six pools.
Excellent family friendly restaurants at Beaches Turks Caicos Resort
There are nineteen specialist dining options to look forward to and twelve bars (premium drinks too) in which to enjoy an exotic Caribbean cocktail. I was impressed by the quality of the food and choice and diversity of the restaurants – white glove service with fine dining in intimate surroundings, an extensive buffet restaurant with adjoining toddlers’ restaurant, an English pub serving pub grub, a TexMex place, a barefoot on the beach restaurant… and many more.
One of the best family beaches in the Caribbean
There’s a twelve mile stretch of powder white sand beach – one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.
Beaches Turks Caicos Resort activities on site
For the kids there is Pirates Island complete with water cannons, lazy river, whirl pools, two waterslides, child-friendly pools and swim-up bars (soda!). There’s even a surf simulator. There is an action-packed Kids’ Camp, and Sesame Street® characters, a high-tech 45,000 sq ft Waterpark, an Xbox 360® Game Garage, a teens-only game room, and a trendy ultra-modern Liquid nightclub, a hot favourite with teens. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. There’s endless fun for toddlers as well as those difficult teens at this action-packed Caribbean family resort. There is, unbelievably, unlimited scuba diving as well as a wide range of water activities – kayaks, snorkeling, windsurfing, Hobie Cats, sailing, stand up paddleboarding (SUP), Hydrobikes, water hammocks, wakeboarding, and, of course, swim-up bars (5) at the swimming pools.
